Hemp Seeds
Victory Hemp Foods supplies Roasted Hemp Seeds and Hemp Hearts (Shelled Seeds) that are nutritional and energy powerhouses, full of complete protein and healthy fats. From granolas and cereals to bars and hemp milk, you can use hemp hearts anywhere you’d use a sesame seed, pine nut, or just about any other nut or seed.
Manitoba Harvest also sells Hemp Seeds, while Minnesota Hemp Farms offers Hemp Hearts in bulk quantities from 25 lbs. to 10,000 lbs.
Hemp Flour
Manitoba Harvest supplies gluten-free Hemp Flour as a flour alternative for people with dietary sensitivities. With more than 15% of the recommended daily intake of thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, and folate, hemp flour can be added to most baked goods and can also be used to add protein and fiber to bar products.
Colorado Hemp Works’ milled seed cake produces high-protein hemp flour for allergen-free baked goods and products. They mill flours to your specification to control protein/fiber content and granularity.

Hemp Powder
Manitoba Harvest offers Coarse Hemp Powder that is created during the milling and classification of their Hemp Protein Powders and Hemp Flours from hemp seed cake (de-fatted hemp seeds). The powder can be used as ingredient in baking such as bread, nutrition bars, muffins, cookies or added to smoothies and power drinks for extra fiber.

Hemp Oil
Manitoba Harvest offers Hemp Seed Oil made from cold pressing hemp seeds to extract the oil. Hemp Oil can be used in a wide range of recipes, consumed on its own as a dietary supplement and applied topically as a moisturizing oil. One tablespoon of Hemp Oil (15 ml) provides: 5g of omega-3 and omega-6, 10% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin E. Hemp Oil has a light, nutty taste and can be used in a wide range of applications including sauces, dips, marinades and salad dressings.

Hemp Extract
Centuria Foods welcomes partners to visit their farms, processing facilities and research labs. Centuria offers a Winterized Decarboxylated Hemp Extract used in “full spectrum” finished products. The hemp extract has been winterized and decarboxylated with no chemical enhancement of cannabinoid content.
