Puffed Grain
Ancient Brands carries a wide variety of puffed grains and pre-gelatinized powders produced from their 50,000 square foot facility in Iowa. Below is a list of puffed grains supplied, although any grain can be custom-puffed with a minimum 2000 lbs. order.

Puffed Seeds
Puffed quinoa features include all nine essential amino acids, trace vitamins and minerals and a low glycemic index relative to rice, wheat and other grains.
Grown and produced in Canada, NorQuin’s Puffed White Quinoa is ready-to-eat with a thicker wall and a chewier texture than Crispy or Light and Airy Quinoa. Their puffing process retains the nutritional goodness, at home in snacks or cereals, formed clusters, confectionary goods, and more. The quinoa is done in a proprietary process that allows the Golden Quinoa grain to be transformed into a slightly crunchy “popcorn” textured puff.
InHarvest offers an Organic Crispy Red Quinoa echoing a nutty aroma that pairs beautifully with vegetarian cuisine. With a rich color and unique texture, red quinoa adds value to any plate. This crispy red quinoa is great as a colorful ingredient for nutrition bars, snack mixes and salad toppings and is offered in standard and RTE.
