Ancient Brands was founded by two brothers, Patrick and Timothy Hemminger with a spirit to serve the lord, serve others and feed a growing population. They identified a need in the consumer food market for value added processing of Ancient and Specialty Grains forming Ancient Brands Grain, which is now Ancient Brands Milling. With over two decades of experience in commodities, supply chain, ingredients and financial markets the brothers acquired their first processing facility in Dyersville, Iowa in September 2020. The facilities in Iowa are approximately 50,000 square feet with the highest standards for food safety and customer focus. The facilities have dedicated equipment producing log 5 validated puffed grains and pre-gelatinized powders.
