When and to whom does Fieldcraft disclose or share my information?

We will not sell, review, scan or analyze your information to or for third parties.

Your Profile is assigned a unique key number in the URL and will always include some minimum information for Members such as your company name, city and state of your business and other business information you provide. Members may view the name of the Member who posted a Listing and contact the Member via phone or email. Our Site and Services enable Supplier Profiles and Listings to be included in search engines, in which case Supplier Profiles and Listings will be indexed by search engines and may be published as search results. We may also engage third parties during the payment and verification process. By example we use stripe.com as our third party payment provider (“Payment Provider”). We encourage you to visit their site and review their privacy policy. We will not share information collected by our Payment Provider, except as required by law.

How does Fieldcraft protect my information?

The information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. We do not ourselves retain your payment information. As effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information you transmit to Fieldcraft you do at your own risk. We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.

What are my rights regarding the use of my information?

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. Notwithstanding the preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out in the Notifications section of the Site, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

What about changes to the Policy?

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by either posting the changed Privacy Policy on the Site or by sending an email to you. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we let you know of changes through an email communication, then the date on which we send the email will be deemed to be the date of your receipt of that email. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
