Chinova Bioworks MycoKleer™ is a sustainably produced natural fining agent derived from the upcycled stems of white button mushrooms. It is ideal for the environmentally conscious brewer of ciders, seltzers, and some types of beers and wine. Its also suitable for clarifying beverages such as juices, teas, and coffee.

It is a natural replacement for synthetic and animal-derived fining agents such as isinglass, PVPP, bentonite, and gelatin. It can also be used to replace or enhance processes like centrifugation and filtration.
