We upcycle spent barley from breweries and turn it into a Low-Carb, High-Protein, High-Fiber flour!

Our company exists to enable people to live healthier while improving the environment and giving back one for one. How we do this is we recycle spent grains from local microbreweries after all the carbs have been removed for the making of beer. We then utilize that grain in order to make a low carb, high protein, high fiber flour! For every pound of flour we sell through our products we donate a pound to local food banks including the San Antonio Food Bank.

Upcycled Wheat/Barley Blend powered by NETZRO is reharvested spent grain that has been sustainability sourced and recovered from breweries.

Spent Grain (also known as Spent Brewers Grain) is the number one byproduct from the brewing industry. After the brewer removes the carbohydrates from barley, in a process known as mashing, what remains is just protein and fiber. At Grain4Grain, we use a patent pending method to dry and mill that grain into a flour. The flour is 100% upcycled and only goes through a mechanical dryer and mechanical flour mill, so there is no compromise to flavor or nutrition in our process.
