Expeller Pressed Canola Oil is available in both Organic and Conventional. Expeller pressed oil is produced using a machine physically presses and squeezes the oil out of the seeds. The machine uses physical pressure instead of solvent (chemical) extraction, which is currently the industry standard for removing oil from seeds.

Flaxseed oil, also known as linseed oil, is an oil extracted from the seeds of the flax plant, scientifically known as Linum usitatissimum. Flaxseed oil is commonly used as a dietary supplement due to its high concentration of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, meaning that the body cannot produce them and must obtain them from the diet.

Expeller-pressing involves pressing the seeds without using heat or chemical solvents, which helps preserve the oil's nutritional qualities.

In addition to its high omega-3 content, flaxseed oil is also rich in other nutrients, including lignans, which are phytochemicals with antioxidant properties, and vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant. These nutrients contribute to the potential health benefits associated with flaxseed oil consumption, including supporting heart health, reducing inflammation, and promoting healthy skin and hair.
