Okeene Milling offers H&R All Purpose White Flour (Hotel & Restaurant) which has a good volume and smooth texture. This flour can be used in white pan breads, rolls, biscuits, scones, pancakes, waffles, cookies, quick breads, muffins, batters and breadings.
