PURIS P870H is the hydrolyzed low-viscosity sibling of P870, providing product developers the opportunity to create products without jeopardizing finished product viscosity. This protein imparts functional properties like emulsification, foaming, and solubility without impacting viscosity.

With neutral pH, solvent-free and great direct expanded extrusion properties, P870H is a versatile solution for super-high protein products.

Partially Hydrolyzed Pea Protein

PURIS Flow X smooth-flowing protein has all the functionality from PURIS Pea Protein but is designed with flowability through powder-handling equipment in mind.

Small particle size has been a bottleneck when it comes to material handling when pea protein is stored in silos or moved at high throughput due to material caking.

Flow X's unique design helps makers use pea protein at a faster rate by agglomerating the protein to improve hydration and reduce dustiness.

TPP80 FB boasts a clean taste and firm texture with low water hydration. It blends well with other products to create unique textures in finished foods, and is great at absorbing colors and flavors.

Textured Pea Protein 80% Firm Bite

PURIS Pea Starch PS85 is the perfect starch for thickening. PURIS pea starch is a native, cook-up pea starch that provides thickening and bulking in bakery, soups, and sauces. Also ideal in plant-based health and beauty applications.

It offers a clean taste and color, smooth mouthfeel, stable gel formation and short texture and is solvent-free.

PURIS PS85 is high in amylose, which allows the starch to withstand a high degree of shear, low pH, and process stability. Plus, it’s a domestic, non-GMO source, making it a perfect replacement for corn.
