Clearwater Russet Potatoes, Regenerative

This gluten-free flour yields a hearty, whole-grain bread reminiscent of a light whole wheat. It bakes with minimal labor and produces an artisan-style loaf.

It lends itself to vegan baking, but also easily adapts to your favorite egg- and dairy-based recipes.

The flour is a blend of sorghum, Idaho ivory teff, millet, brown rice, white rice, and sweet rice, and includes a starch blend of tapioca and potato.
