SVZ Single Strength Broccoli Puree is a smooth mixture made from cooked broccoli that has been processed until it reaches a smooth consistency. 

Broccoli puree is often used as a base for soups, sauces, dips, spreads, and as a nutritious addition to baby food or as a component of vegetable-based dishes.

In the Americas, the broccoli is harvested in February and March.
